DEAR NIKE CUP NY FINALIST,
Congratulations on making it through to the NIKE CUP NY Finals at Metropolitan Oval in Maspeth, NY. On Sunday, July 11th, your team will compete in a single elimination format for the title of the 2010 NIKE CUP NY Champions! Be prepared to give it your all and come ready to Write the Future.
Over the next week, we will be organizing the bracketing, and will personally be reaching out to confirm your game time and to inform you of all details related to the NIKE CUP NY Finals.
As part of advancing to the finals at Met Oval, each team will receive complimentary team jerseys that can be customized onsite before your first game. The winning team of each age group will receive custom NIKE CUP NY medals, your team name will be inscribed on the official NIKE CUP NY trophy, and you will walk away with the title of the 2010 NIKE CUP NY Champions!
In addition to participating in the NIKE CUP NY tournament finals, there will also be a wide variety of activities for you and your teammates to check-out before or after your games. Activities will include:
- Jersey Customization*: Set your jersey apart from the rest. Stop by the customization station and design your NIKE Cup jersey with custom graphics.
- FIFA Gaming: Come and chill out in our players lounge. Pull up a beanbag chair and go head-to-head against other NIKE CUP NY participants in a virtual soccer battle.
- Foosball Tournament: Feet need a rest but still feeling competitive? No “hand ball” will be called during this mini-tournament.
- Instant Photography Station: Take a picture with your team and have your photo printed out on the spot or send via e-mail so you can upload it directly to facebook when you get home!
- Speed Gun Challenge: Are you the fastest foot in the East? Only one way to find out! Line up and show us what you got.
- Exclusive Viewing: Join us for an exclusive finals viewing party. We can’t spill all the details just yet but this is something you won’t want to miss – trust us.

Tournament schedule July 11Transportation Information
A shuttle service will be available for NIKE CUP NY Finalists departing from PDA, GVSCA, and Massapequa Soccer fields on July 11th. Complementary shuttle terms and conditions:
- A maximum of 10 people per team may travel on the shuttle
- 1 team member MUST be a coach or chaperone (age 21+)
- Arrive at pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to departure time to check-in
- RSVP to Loek van Zijl – Loek@Premierinternationaltours.com or (800) 724-6076 by July 7
- Please include first and last names of all team members, indicate which name is your coach or chaperone, and the field you wish to depart from

All shuttles will depart Met Oval thirty minutes after the World Cup final game is played and will return to your pick-up location.
